"I ordered ONE boba drink. While waiting, I decided to use the restroom. Once I had finished my business I pulled up my shorts only to discover they had been sitting in a rather large puddle of piss on the floor and it had soaked the khaki material of my shorts leg. So I was in the restroom for 10 minutes trying to clean my shorts and my tea was still not ready when I came out. I proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes and the tea still wasn’t done. The cashier asked what I was waiting on (The same girl that took my order and was the one I informed about the piss puddle). Finally after another 5 minutes, my tea finally came out and the boba I had ordered was sour. So after all of that, I ended up leaving with my shorts covered in someone else’s piss with a terrible drink that I had waited 30 minutes for!"

"We ordered Halo-Halo and when it was done they didn't add the ice cream because they ran out. Yet they didn't say anything about missing ingredients prior so we can change our order. We didn't want to argue or wait for a different one so we took it. It was not so good and for whatever reason they put the milk in a separate plastic bag inside of the cup. We came back another day and asked for a replacement but the server claimed they were not able to help. Why not just warn us that you don't have the ingredients and instead pretend it's okay when giving it to begin with? And why put the milk in a plastic bag? We never said we were going to wait to eat it. We ended up just redeeming our punch cards and I'm not sure we will be back."

"Hidden gem!!!! I was with a kiddo at therapy, and wanted a boba. I looked up spots near me, and saw a few. The reviews weren’t very high, but the pictures from others is what caught my attention. The customer service was great! The atmosphere was fun, clean, and lots to look at! I loved the designs so much! I got a coffee milk tea, and the employee asked me if I wanted boba in it. I had never tried boba in my coffee, and they convinced me to try it since they make their OWN BOBAAAA! I tried it out, and let me tell you… it was SO good!! Literally this place is a must try! They have so many options, and food as well. I will definitely be back!"

"It’s a cool chill place. Was busy and an expected wait average 30 mins and we got 3 of 4 drinks that were good. Only thing I notice is the taro and match milk teas are a lot less flavorful then other places . They use too much ice in the drinks and the milk teas are mostly milk. Not that dark rich color green or purple taro color like other places. Large menu selection not confusing to read at all. :)"

"I’ve been here a few times since they reopened as it’s fairly close to my house. Gave them another try this past weekend as we were craving boba and it was late already. We ordered a few items alongside our boba. They do get a little busy so if you’re in a rush it may take a while to get your order. We got our drinks first and they were A1. We also ordered the popcorn chicken, fries, and beef egg-rolls. The food was okay. They had initially missed giving us our fries and ranch, minutes later they gave us our fries with ketchup. I asked the gentleman for ranch and we didn’t get it. Really wish the service was a lot better or quicker but it is what it is. You can only do so much when it gets busy."
