"Coffee is great food not so much it's always half cold or greasy. But it's a good place to sit drink coffee and be online. The customer service is always good they are not rude or short they take time to talk to you and answer your questions even when there busy."

"Computers are there to provide automation and predictability, yet my mobile-ordered coffee was well over 15 minutes beyond the time predicted. What I should've received was an accurate (dynamically adjusted) readiness time based on current order load, so that I can make a decision if I want to wait that long before I place my order."

"Mobile ordered two drinks here and it said it would be about 30 minutes before they were ready so I figured they were busy. I got there after 30 minutes and had noticed they were busy but figured my drinks should be ready. They were not. I proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes before asking about my order to which some large guy with an Edgar cut that worked there told me he would check and see for me. He walked away and didn’t come back… I thought it was weird because normally if you ask someone to check they come back and tell you an update, but I figured they were busy and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. I waited another 15 minutes before soliciting an update and was rudely told “I did check we’re really busy we have ten orders in.” At this point I had been waiting over an hour for an order and wasn’t too happy to be thrown some attitude when trying to not be mad about something that clearly went wrong. There is no way 10 orders would take 1 hour with 8 people working in the Starbucks. I proceeded to get the attention of another employee who was able to check for me and got my order out in a few minutes. Regardless of how busy this place is, the service and management is definitely lacking. I see other locations that would appear to be just as busy handle the pressure more efficiently. I have worked a difficult customer facing job for over 15 years and have never/would never give a customer attitude for a polite and respectful question, regardless of the situation."
