"This place and the employees are phenomenal. I know coffee-shop staff aren’t therapists but when I kinda blathered, Cory was so kind to listen and was very upbeat and was all the more willing to pay for my food himself out of sheer kindness. I know this location gets a high volume of customers but these guys are pros and are on top of everything despite this. Would recommend this location always! 10/10"

"Call location to let manager know cashier at window added on a tip that I did not approve of cashier just said was ready for tap An of course they never give out receipts but I have proof of purchase an my items. wonder how many people they are taking from through out the day. Manager didn’t apologized for the inconvenience an said they don’t do that customer selects a tip or no tip but was never given that option as it was ready for tap when she held out card reader or claimed it could been malfunction that’s theft will not be going here an will take this complaint higher up."
