"This was the worst experience I ever had at a Starbucks. The workers Alexia, Alyssa, and Hailey were so rude for absolutely no reason. As someone who works in customer service it was painful to see the way they treated the customers. Alexia especially. She was very snappy and sassy about being out of sandwiches. We were just trying to get food and drinks, no reason to snap at customers who are just ordering."

"Visited the location. It is inside the Frys Marketplace. Went to use a deal I received on the app. They do not accept as it is a "stand alone" location. We ordered the Java chip Frappuccino, a regular. It was not sweet at all. We had to request that sweetner be added. We did receive our order quickly. The cashier was friendly. There are tables to sit at."

"Slow slow slooooow! When they are not busy they spend more time talking to one another and complaining about their schedule than completing orders. When they are busy I have done mobile ordering and had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Ridiculous!! If you can avoid this location, I advise you to do so as you will be late to wherever you are going. They are ill prepared to service their customer in a reasonable time EVER!"

"Overall, great location. The baristas were definitely the best part. They had incredible customer service and were very friendly. I only give three stars for the food because my kids like a couple of options, but since I have a nut allergy, I'm not able to get anything to eat at any Starbucks. My drink was delicious! The location was clean and well organized."

"The lines are always ridiculously long and they only ever seem to have 2 people working. It makes it feel like grabbing coffee is an hour plus long process. Even with only a few ahead of you. Hire better staff."
