The Toast Craft Kitchen & Cocktails

"We thought this place was pretty mediocre. My wife had the Eggs Benedict. She said the hollandaise sauce was rather bland. I had a scramble with scrambled eggs, kielbasa and diced potatoes served in a small cast iron skillet sitting on a porcelain plate. Everytime I tried to take a bite, the skillet slid around on the plate. I finally dumped the food out of the skillet on to the plate to eat it. The potatoes didn't have much seasoning on them. They were a bit tasteless. The eggs and the kielbasa were good. Service was almost non-existent. We were seated fairly quickly and got water right away. But then it was 15-20 minutes before anyone came back to take our order. Our server came back to check on us once, then we didn't see her again until we finished eating. We had to ask someone else for salt and pepper. The person with us ordered a cinnamon roll WITH BUTTER. When our server brought the roll out she mumbled something about coming back with the butter. He ate almost half of the roll without butter and finally had to ask a different server for the butter, which she brought directly back to the table. Now, let's talk about price. It cost over $60 for two people to have breakfast. That's ridiculous. We talked it over and decided we wouldn't go back here."

"We ordered three dishes. Cubano was a large serving and tasty. Chicken tacos were ok. Chicken had good flavor but the tortillas were dry and cracked making all the filling fall everywhere. Toast board was more bread than toppings which lacked in flavor. Hopefully just an off day for the flavors as past reviews were good. Good atmosphere and service."

"First off Our server Lindsey was amazing! The atmosphere is very quiet relaxing place to eat or have a drink. We ordered the fried goat cheese balls for our appetizer and they were delicious! For lunch I ordered Pomegranite Glazed Salmon and it was beautiful yet so good! Also got the steak and fries which a good pick also! But didn’t get a picture of it."

"The Toast is a cozy little spot west of the 303 on Bell road. This is a very nice little spot that packs big flavor in the food and drinks. The drinks we had were very tasty and made well. We had the fried calamari as a starter which came out fast, hot and delicious. We split a Cubano sandwich which was also quite delicious. My only con of the place was we weren't to impressed with the dessert menu so we decided to pass on dessert. Tis is a great date night spot."

"It was mediocre. We ordered the goat cheese balls, those were amazing! My sister ordered the Armenian “sandwich” expect a pita wrap. I ordered the toast trio. It was not toasted enough so it was soggy. It just seemed very amateur all around. If you do decide to try it out get the sangria! Best thing we ordered. Stars for employee service, our waitress was very sweet."
