"2/25/2024 we called for his service he came . (Flat tire with a stripped lug nug ) he was he was not able to get it out and do the job . 10pm , he left saying he needed to get tools twice .it’s now 5am and he answered as if we just woke him up but stated he’s working with a coworker on vehicles at the shop . He hasn’t called us back and just left us there waiting and waisting our time . We just called the tow company. We didn’t pay him but he had us out for hours and he can have easily told us he will not be coming out . Don’t rely or trust anyone to come help out and make sure to call around ."
