"The food is as expected, but every time I've done a mobile order for pick up, I've waited 20 or MORE minutes for my food to be brought out. Sometimes, they forget items or get the happy meals completely wrong. I've called, and even though they seem apolegetic, it keeps happening. Today my mobile order took 30+ min. I finally asked a young man running the orders out for help. Isiah, apologized for the wait and handled my order quickly. He said they'd remake my meal. He brought my meal out as soon as it was done. Thank you Isiah!"

"If you order inside they will make you use the kiosk because the person at the counter wants to sit their on their phone. Kiosk didn’t give me a receipt and they refused to reprint one. Amazing customer service will never return again."

"Was standing in the pick up section for an Uber eats order and the employees were rude and said there’s a line but everyone in the line was ordering food and I was picking up an order. There were a lot of bodies in there to help provide service yet none of them acknowledged or tried to make eye contact with me. I had to cancel the order and leave immediately. No other McDonald’s I’ve been to have behaved liked this."

"Here at Waddell and Litchfield rd in Surprise, Az. Good atmosphere, our server Nathan took our order, he was polite. In no time he brought our food to our table. Chicken nuggets done well warm and tasty, fries done well tasty and warm. Best McDonald's restaurant."
