Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Very small portions. I could literally count the little pieces of chicken I got in my bowl. 9 total. Chipotle has gone down high along with their portions. But prices are higher. Ordered ahead waited the 10 mins. Went inside the restaurant, and eaited another 16 mins to get my food. Other employees chit-chatting not helping the order ahead line. Unacceptable. Not coming back."

"Ordered on the app and I waited for 15 minutes inside and so did another online customer while 5 “In-person” customers got their meals. I mentioned this to 2 workers as well as the other “online” customer and we were told, “Sorry, we just opened.” They continued to help and give In Person customers their food and I went into that line to just get a new order and it was the Manager serving these people. He didn’t say sorry or help me or the other guy. He said that I had to wait for my order from the “other station”. This manager is clearly new and needs to get his priorities straight. It takes a few seconds to scoop the food into a bowl. Me and the other guy even tipped these people in the app. Never again. Lesson learned!!"

"This location is the BEST in Tucson!!! Alexia made my order and all her suggestions rocked! She is such a ,,,great person! Brandy also lights up the room with her smile and good nature. The food was FRESHER than FRESH. We will always choose this location. FYI:We tried Chipotle at Foothills Mall and it was dirty, poor service and the meat tasted rotten. We threw our entire meal away and nearly swore of all Chipotle restaurants."

"Great location, plenty of parking, and clean establishment. They have some of the nicest employees at any Chipotle I've been to, and I've been to many in different states. Food was prepared well, and portions were sufficient. On my receipt, the host name says Bridget, but there was also a young man there who took the time to talk to my daughter and I versus just pushing us through the line. I highly recommend this Chipotle!"

"Turn around before you consider this location! They used to have great customer service and the portion sizes used to be great. However, after tonight I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location makes me reconsider chipotle in general. The food tasted horrible! The customer service is AWFUL! Management should be ashamed of their employees. They really lack customer skills. Shyanne was beyond rude didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted chips or a drink. I had to request it and not to mention she seemed annoyed when I had rewards to use. All front line employees seemed MISERABLE! Management needs to make a change ASAP or a district manager if they care about customer service and their sales. The portion sizes were terrible on my last visit not even close to an adult size bowl."
