"Beats any McDonalds! The food was great if you're looking for a burger tht you can order almost anyway you like it. And the fries ... well, if you're like me you go for the fries and get the burger as a side. The dining room has that fastfood vibe, but was clean and comfortable. The staff polite and friendly."

"I don't go here super often but I came in a week or so ago and I was pretty shocked by the behavior of one of the employees. This fairly tall guy, I think his name was Caden or something close to that, had such an inappropriate and horrible attitude. I could audibly hear him saying some disrespectful stuff about another customer and was completely floored he was being so loud and cavalier about it. If I could hear it I'm sure other customers could. On top of that he seemed to be "flirting" with one of the female coworkers, I didn't hear exactly what he said but it seemed to definitely be inappropriate for the workplace, the poor girl looked visibly uncomfortable. This guy has a visibly bad attitude and seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. If one of these girls reports him to management and nothing happens there is going to be a hefty payout when it goes to court. Frankly it's shocking that management has even employed someone like this because he seems to be creating a hostile work environment. I also watched him touch his face and then go right back to handling food. Made me pretty nauseous...but thankfully I don't think he handled my food. There's really no excuse for his behavior. I definitely wouldn't want my daughter working there with him."

"On 11/20/23 I arrived at 8:45pm and the female cashier was not friendly. Her face showed the exact mood she was in. She seemed very annoyed that I was there. She Did not greet me respectfully, confirm my order or just give a thank you. She definitely did not make it an experience that showed she wanted my business. As a previous manager of a few restaurants, I would suggest someone speak to her and inform her of what the policy and standard is that you want her to follow. I write this because management can’t be everywhere and seeing everything sometimes you need the help of your guests to improve the quality of the business. This is my second encounter with her both times she seemed annoyed. You guys have always provided great service and I thank you for training your employees well"

"Usually this place is great and I’ve had nothing but great experiences during the day when I order lunch here. However night crew is a bunch of thugs that’ll laugh before they give you your order because they know they messed it up completely. You call them and they ask would you like to come back and we can redo it for you. Umm yea no thanks not after the ppl that just served my order were laughing while giving me the wrong order I can only imagine what they are gonna do to the redo order. I would fire that whole crew if it was my place of business. Also the food looks like it was someone’s order that never got picked up and had been sitting for an hour."

"Customer service (cashier) is without a doubt a 5-star but getting unseasoned burgers took the experience down two stars. 7 employees and still took a while to get our food. Only 3 people ordering counting us. All and all it’s not a bad place just wish they would have seasoned the meat while cooking."
