"Could not finish signing up on their app. When a screenshot was taken from their paper placemat, it kept reading the app was no longer available. Asked for help, but the food server did not know how to assist me."

"This used to be my go to for fast food because it’s close to home and the atmosphere was great. I don’t know what’s changed in the last few months but the last two times I’ve been to this location the wait has been insane (minimum 30 min wait for drive through). The staff have terrible customer service with no apologies for the wait and some staff just not talking at all despite running the drive through window. Today I decided to drop by again but the drive through line literally WRAPPED around the whole store. Maybe if the staff were half decent I’d wait but not with the current staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS WENDYS"

"I don't know if they just hire people who have never had a job before in their life or what, but 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. I always place a mobile order so it's very clear. This trip, I pulled up and the cashier was telling her coworker that she forgot an item for the car that was ahead of me, then instead of getting my order, she pulls out her phone and starts texting. The only time my order is correct is when the manager is working. Update: 12/15/2023: I honestly don't know how this location is still in business. Another completely wrong order. Literally 2 identical burgers ordered and neither of what I received was the correct burger."

"Typical Wendy's with great burgers and Chili. But this store has a great staff that serves you quickly and gets your order right the first time. If you eat in you will always find the dining room we'll stocked and clean."
