"I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and I had to make this my first review. The environment is always so relaxing, comfortable, and clean. Service is my favorite part, cashiers are really kind and welcoming, they always make me look forward to coming back. Shoutout to Makenzy especially for always making sure we’re taken care of and for the top notch service. Food is always bomb and hits the spot every single time. Love this place"

"This was my first time trying Smashburger. I got the classic double smash with mushrooms, smash tots and a drink. Everything was fresh and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor of the burger. Probably the best fast food burger I've ever had. The tots were flavorful, kind of oily but it did have olive oil and seasonings added. The lemonade was bomb! Very delightful with my burger."

"My first time coming here. The food wasn’t as bad as I thought it was gonna be. It’s pretty tasty. The fries could probably get a little bit more seasoning and they would also be nice if the buns on the burgers were toasted but I recommend trying it out if you want some quick food."

"So we ordered on Wednesday 3/16 around 8 pm. By the time we got the food home they were closed. Ordered an avo club grilled chicken. Clearly, the chicken is raw. Also no avocado on an avocado club..Called the store spoke to Shawn the “gm” first of all he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He basically told me we were scamming him for free food good thing we took pictures of the chicken before throwing it out. I asked him what he could do for us, his response? Come in and buy another sandwich yes because we definitely want another RAW grilled chicken sandwich from y’all. Horrendous customer service."
