"While thus location struggles due to leaky roof problems, causing the dining room to be closed, my spouse & I were pleasantly surprised by the cheerful & attentive serving staff. We were given a choice of our seating on the east patio, thus not having to deal with the sun. Drinks, appetizers and their normal menu were available and served in a timely fashion. Their roof situation is nearly 3 months old, at this point, & I'd give the staff hearty applause for doing a great job under unusual circumstances. They seem to also do a bustling take-out business during this roof problem. Now, if the powers that be ( corporate & insurers, etc.) could just get their act together....."

"I placed an order thru Uber Eats. $114.00 and nearly an hour later our food arrives. The driver says the bag is wet and breaking. Sure enough the bottom falls out because of how the bag was packed with our prime rib dinners sideways and all the juices leaking out all over the bottom of the bag. Our blooming onion and a salad ended up all over our campsite. I got the smallest loaded potatoes ever. Thank God the lids to the prime rib were closed correctly and didn't come.open like the salad and blooming onion did."

"Outback is our second favorite dine-in restaurant in Tucson. The staff is always very pleasant and friendly from the moment you walk in. The hostess is always sure to give our daughter a kids menu and crayons which is so helpful to keep her occupied during the brief moments of waiting for food and drinks. On this particular visit, our waitress was very patient and attentive. Such a hard worker and she really takes care of her guests. We ordered the bloomin' onion to start. Amazing, as always. I suggest you try the bloomin' pedals sometime. I was craving a burger this time around and I opted for the bloomin' burger, medium well with a side of ranch. My husband ordered the 9oz filet mignon, medium rare with green beans and a baked potato. My daughter ordered the macaroni and cheese with fruit. Mine and my daughters were perfect. My husband wasn't impressed with the steak this time. He said it was a bit tough to chew which was surprising to us. We don't think we were served a filet mignon but rather a sirloin. This was honestly the first time that we all weren't 100% satisfied. It won't stop us from coming back."
