"Great chicken sandwich n buffalo fries but when we asked for a combo plus a side of buffalo fries and an extra chicken sandwich server had attitude and didn't get order right. The lobby was dirty and it wasn't that busy and it was before lunch rush."

"This place has decent food but extremely poor customer service. Don’t go after 8:30pm even though they close at 10:00pm because they’re going to tell you your wait will be 30-45 minutes to drop some chicken even though there’s no customers just because they don’t want to do their jobs. This has happened on several occasions, so we won’t be back."

"The chicken is wonderful! When I arrived at 10 in the morning to the drive through to order the person who should have taken the order has not arrived yet. So I had to wait until his arrival to order and it was very awkward"

"The staff are kinda rude and charge you for things you buy but don't give them to you. I purchased jalapeños and I was charged but I did not get them. I wanted my jalapeños I was on lunch break or I would of went back. Next time I will check before driving away. This wouldn't of happend If I went to Popeyes."

"Tiniest chicken tenders in the land. Gave me soggy flimsy fries instead of mashed potatoes like I ORDERED!!!!!! My bf said he would only go back for 2 piece Tuesdays bc that’s the only way this food is worth paying for. “Great” first experience at Church’s."
