"Wish I could give no stars. Service sucked! Atmosphere was a$$. Was in this place for 35 mins from when I stepped in the door to when I paid for my food and I was the second customer in line. The girl that packed my food with the gold glasses was amazing packed it quick but then I was waiting there for almost 20 mins to pay for said food so it all at there open on the counter losing heat! The girl that bagged up my order and cashed me out needs an attitude check. She was extremely rude didn't ask if I wanted egg rolls or anything. As she's bagging my food I told her I'd like an order of the rangoons with sweet and sour please she said WHAT. I said an order of then she cut me off ragoons okay. Over all not satisfied. Mind you the whole time the girl with gold glasses is packing online orders and doing in store orders by hersel. I don't know if you are understaffed or don't have a good team communication but something needs to be figured out. Won't be returning to list location in the future"

"Came here to order food, wanted to try and sample and apparently they don’t so that anymore, then ordered brown rice and they didn’t have any, second time I have come to this location and they have “run out” of food they advertise on their menu, they rush you though your orders, floors and counter tops are so gross. Would not recommend this location."

"I got the combo plater teriyaki chicken, almond shrimp,!!!! Explain to me how at 12 in the afternoon noodles and rice have absolutely no taste and are dry as if they are 4 days old? Spring rolls had no filling! Chicken was moist but not cook through. Shrimp was good. Service was quick"

"They "shrank the box." We bought 2 Bigger Plates, with 1 side and 3 entrees each. The price has gone up to $10.80 from $8.xx before. But the portion size has decreased significantly. We first noticed that the main "To-Go" box was much lighter than expected. Then we noticed that the actual dimensions of the little box containing the 3rd entrée was also smaller. We normally enjoyed 2 meals from each Bigger Plate...but we can't do that anymore. Additionally, they don't have their normal pot of sweet and sour anymore...they just offer these packets of preservative-laden artificial sweet and sour that you will NOT want to ingest. We made our own sauce at home for the cream cheese rangoons, which were still delicious. Bonus tip: each SMALL order is $2.00 for 3 rangoons, while a LARGE order of 12 costs $8.40. Just get multiples of the small orders to save money. It's not really this location's fault, it's clearly corporate that is behind these greedy changes. But it's sad. Lots of good memories with Panda but we won't be coming back. Not worth the money anymore."
