"I mean, what can I really say about the Chick fil a on campus. It has really fallen off the cliff in terms of quality and speed. Entirely, the beginning of the school year they were really on top of things, now I just want a quick meal so I can get back to studying. That is not going to happen. I am currently finished ordering, no joke they are at 720 right now and I am order 870. A whole 150 people, my old Canes’ restaurant I worked at, would never let this happen. Also there is no sense of urgency, they have 5 people working on drinks and they are just standing around instead of going to the kitchen to help. It just really fell of the cliff and it doesn’t seem like its gonna recover anytime soon. (All those people in the photo are waiting)."

"I have eaten here about once a year for the past 8 or 9 years. I usually have a decent experience. Their service is quick and efficient. The last time I ate there I arrived right after they opened and was told that they didn't have anything grilled available. I wanted a grilled chicken wrap, but had to settle for a chicken sandwich. Perhaps they could arrive at work before opening time and start grilling so all of their menu items are available when they open--just a thought. I feel like this isn't the first time I've been told that menu items are unavailable. This is the only Chick-fil-A where I have been told that. However, for the convenience of having an on campus location, maybe a few unavailable menu items isn't the worst thing in the world."
