Papa Johns Pizza 944 South Watson Road, Buckeye, AZ 85326

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a pizza place. I understand long wait times on delivery. But when I call and ask about the time after said delivery should be here I get a “yea are wait times are never correct”. That being said 2 and half hours and still no pizza. Papa John pizza is not a convenience it’s a hassle and when calling to get my money back after wait 2 and half hours. Said manager “say sure I can do that” then hangs up! Not even a sorry for waisting my family and I night. Orders pizza at 5:30 I’m writing this at 8:05!!!"

"Absolutely horrible. Will not order from here again. Cant even comprehend the difference between Ranch and BBQ let alone 2L of DIET Pepsi even after saying it half a dozen times. No longer carry Diet Pepsi so just be aware. If site still offers it, they will just send Pepsi Zero Sugar instead. THIS is a "papa bowl".....definitely not worth the price. Might as well rename it "papa cup""

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Tyler, or whoever is the manager, is a terrible employee and laughed at my husband and I. We ordered the "Shaq" pizza, which is supposed to be loaded with pepperoni (it is advertized to have 60 pieces of pepperoni edge to edge). We added extra toppings, and this is what we got. There was maybe 15 pieced of pepperoni and the rest of the toppings are practically non-existent. We called to get a refund and a new pizza, admittedly we were upset at what we received after the cost, and Tyler laughed at us and hung up. My husband drove back to get the order remade with the proper amount of toppings we paid for, and Tyler said "even if I remade it, I'd make sure it looked the same." Bad on Papa John's to let, what looks like, a teenager be a manager of one of their locations. Terrible location, never going to again. We'll take the extra 10 minutes to get pizza at Barros."

"SOMEONE CALL THE POLICE AND ASK FOR A WELLNESS CHECK!! Ordered extra garlic sauce and ended up with none instead. Did the person cutting this have a seizure mid slicing? ARE THEY OKAY?"

"The freshest pizza I’ve had in a while! Super tasty super delicious !! Friendly workers great attitude and was welcoming all the way around! I got a pizza with only onions and one with pepperoni! My onion pizza was the bomb ! You can just taste the freshness in the pizza so satisfying especially if your hungry ! I hope I get this same experience from any other location! But I’ll stop here on my out of Arizona for sure ! Thank you guys for such a good pizza !!"
