"Went to get tire checked for slow leak. Hector helped me, it was about 11:45 am, he made me appointment for 2:15 pm I left and came back at 2:00 pm was told it would be 1hr to 1 1/2 hour wait come on give me a break. I thought when you made appointment they should honor the appointment time. There was 2 cars in getting tire service 1 person in waiting room waiting. Not busy at all, so take your chances there it might be a hit or miss."

Drew and his crew stayed open late to ensure that my tire was repaired even though they were extremely busy. "With or without appointments you’ll wait 30 minutes to even speak to someone. They will notice a line of 5+ customers and will have 1 or max 2 representatives helping with the line of customers. Today I waited the 30 minutes just to be told they did not have my tire in stock even though I had just purchased the set 3 weeks ago. I needed a replacement for a hole in my tire. When I had originally purchased my tires, I booked an appointment and still waited 30 minutes to be seen. If you are in a rush, do yourself a favor and go to a different store."
