"It's not the employee fault she's doing a great job, but how in the world do you think it's right to have 1 person to run this store Whoever in management needs to be ashamed of themselves. I have never waited so long in my life waiting on a subway sandwich. My hip and feet hurt. I could have driven off speedway and gotten faster service.I just threw my chips down and walked out, now someone walking in talking about picking a online order that she has not had time to prepare. All be damned if I was going to be standing in line for another damn 20 minutes. Yall suck with these bussiness in Tucson."

"The sandwich maker was kind enough to make me broccoli and cheddar after they stopped serving soups. I’m on a liquid diet and disabled and no other Subway would do it."

"Ordered take out 40 minutes before I got here, app even told me it was ready to go now and when I got here to the store all the employee could tell me was that he hadn’t even started the sandwiches yet. There was not even an apology for them not being ready or an urgency to make my sandwiches when they were supposed to already be ready. He proceeded to make two other separate orders for other people instead of the sandwiches i had already ordered and paid for instead."

"This is not simply A Subway it is THE Subway. The service is pretty amazing and we often go in nights but sometimes during the day too. I am a vegetarian and they always make me custom sandwiches that are very good. I always make a veggie and cheese sandwich. They tend to give out cookies with certain meals. An example would be double meat or double cheese gets you a free cookie. Is there a tastier cookie than a free one? Tonight I had an avocado and tomato sandwich as you can see and it was delicious. Mason works there a lot of nights and is always very helpful and makes great sandwiches obviously. There is a girl there too during the days and she is great as well. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name I will update it with hers soon though as I am here often. The location is kind of slow so I'm hoping more people will stop in. Don't get too carried away though I don't want to wait all day for a sandwich LOL."

"Every time I come in the store I am always welcome by friendly staff. The bread is always made fresh daily. The stuff always makes my sandwich how I like it. The store is always clean and neat. I will always come back."
