"If there's one thing I hate is being rushed when i'm ordering my food. Ordering your food is part of the process, including eating it. And when someone keeps asking you is that it is that it. It's the most annoying thing ever. I also hate when you know they have an item and you ask for it and they lie and say that they don't. My biggest thing is How are you not gonna have any KFC sauce It's your signature sauce. But that wasn't the item I was talking about them, not having. I was really excited for this KFC To open on my side of town, but I guess not! I was told to park and I have no problem with that. But of course, my food was cold!"

"We were so happy that the new KFC opened in our hood. The place is new and beautiful inside. Someone had to come help the front counter person with my order, probably in training, and that's cool. When my food came, I checked to see if everything was in the bag I ordered because they always forget to put the gravy in the bag and sure enough, I ordered two mashed potatoes and only one gravy was in the bag. I brought it their attention and the girl bagging the food and putting gravy in the bowl brought it up and gave me the gravy. I get home with the food and opened the gravy and it was disgusting! It was like gel instead of gravy! Both of them were unedible. Must have been close to closing time because no one answered the phone. I hate when that happens and I have to complain about simple gravy. The rest of the food was fine. When you get new people working, maybe double check their work. They really didn't seem like they took their job seriously except for the cashier that at least asked for help with my order. I won't be going back anytime soon. It wasn't all gravy..."

"The KfC is surprisingly clean. It is a new KfC so maybe that’s why it feels clean but you can definitely tell the employees are brand new. My first encounter, my friends and I ordered meals and went to our table. I will admit this was towards the end of the night but still had hour and half till closing. They gave our orders in all random and had to quick fix some of the our orders in order to make them actually right. One of my friends just refunded the order since they kept asking what he ordered and kept him waiting for an hour while we all gotten our food. I thought I should give them another chance since I was passing by and hungry. This was at 2-3ish when I walked in. I ordered 5piece(tender) meal and had to literally stand there and watch 2 fat greasy ladies want to joke and laugh more than actually work and help their coworkers. The walk is no more than 5ft away and she took almost 15-30mins just to grab one thing while she’s dying for air on joke that was at best mid. It was literally a side dish that should’ve taken like 10mins TOPS. When I actually started eating my meal, the chicken was soggy and cold. The fries felt like it sat there all morning and dried up. You can tell they used dishwater to make the mashed potatoes since you can taste that in the background. You can tell there’s some workers that carry their coworkers but this is just gonna be another KFC that’s gonna be garbage by the end of the year and get shut down AGAIN."

"The food is decent enough. The nuggets and french fries were a bit salty even for fast food. The standard chicken I got "original" but is was still very crispy so maybe they accidentally gave me the "extra crispy" or it really just is like that. It was good though, and I still enjoy KFC mashed potatoes. Service was subpar. I don't think the person taking my order has very much training - not being able to describe KFC sauce (which they forgot to give us anyway), not asking me what side I wanted with my meal, and giving some attitude when I made sure I was getting the correct side saying it was already that (how am I supposed to know the side you decided to pick for me?). I suggest ordering online for now at least to give them some time to train up these new employees since the store is very new. Or just be prepared for a weird ordering experience."
