"I work for one of the biggest retail, rental companies in the Auto industry a lot of our vendors utilize autofit and once in awhile we'll walk in and pick up parts for our sky harbor location from autofit and when I walk into the facility I have never had a problem anything that we needed they were always able to give it to us accurate and on time Brandy is one of their staff member that is always been helpful by getting our stuff done"

"Don’t do business with them they are crooks They sold me a repaired hood that they said was new, which I didn’t know was legal and when I tried to take it manager he refused and refuse to let me talk to his manager and they give you the wrong parts for your car so they can charge you 20% to bring it back buyer be aware not sure how they are still in business with how they run they’re business very unprofessional"

"I give this place 5 stars for the prices and availability, 2 on the customer service. When you walk in the front door, stand in line if there is one, an employee will call to a window when they are ready for you. Once they find everything you need, they send a slip to the printer which is next to the cashier off to the right. I went up to the cashier, he's an older gentlemen, he didn't really greet me, he just mumbled my make and model while looking at the paper that printed. He also wears a bluetooth earpiece which I feel is poor customer service. He needs to be 100% attentive to his customers not half customer service, half listening to the game. Once I paid, the cashier gave me the receipt, again without saying anything further to me but I gathered that the big order number at the top of the ticket would eventually be called out when my parts come to the front. My number was called, a different employee checked my ticket and gave me my parts. It was all pretty simple but it's obvious good customer service isn't pushed at this store. The clientele are Spanish speakers, I observed the counter employees speaking English so everyone is welcome here. I saved about $100 total on inner fender liners over dealer cost so I can't complain, that's most important to me."
