"Food was just ok? Prices have gone up. Food seems to have shrunken. The woman who served our table was rude. Maybe she was having a bad day?? But she never came back except she did bring a water jar then the bill. We asked for several things she never brought said she would but didn't. A young man serving other tables seemed to notice and eagerly helped us. He was very nice"
"The egg sushi was not good. No flavor really but the other sushi’s were so good and the yaki soba was SO GOOD."
"Just so you know, they do not have a waitlist and they are super busy on the weekends. You can expect to wait outside for your table. We ended up sitting at the sushi area side-by-side for our experience. They do not have vegetable spring rolls. Please look at the menu before you decide to try out this restaurant, I let my boyfriend pick this restaurant as he said he googled it. However, when I had looked at it, it had mixed reviews and I could definitely see why. The soup to me is hard to figure out what they have but it looks like they do broth on one side noodles on the other. They don’t mix the two so if you are expecting a Ramen type dish that is not something available at this restaurant. The sushi ended up being a little bit tough and tasteless. My boyfriend got the tuna Nagri and it had a metallic flavor. They did have Wagyu sushi, but it was not on the menu, but we could see it in the sushi glass. Definitely something to purchase when they have but he torched it with the butane flame and you can definitely tell based off the flavor. The service was horrible. We consistently had to ask for a drink refills and our check so the whole experience took about 2 1/2 hours. Giving three stars due to the company and atmosphere of the restaurant. The sushi chef was super friendly."
"This little restaurant sure has a HUGE fan base! Thankfully we arrived just before the rush. We were able to sit at the sushi bar which is always fun to watch the chefs! The fish is fresh and delicious! We enjoyed the miso soup and edamame as well! Our service was top notch! Our favorite was the rainbow roll, so many flavors of fish and the sauce was delicious! We will definitely return and would even wait if it’s it’s busy! Definitely top notch sushi in Tucson!"
