"I walked in today looking for a portable jump starter. the line had about 5 customers with only one cashier. That was not a problem. The problem occurred when the large heavy set woman who has very short hair on the sides, that works there, didn’t greet me and my wife. Instead she watched us as if we were suspicious. I watched her, watch us. I got tired of her awkward staring and approached her for help. She treated us like our questions were stupid, like we should’ve already known what we were asking. She was really rude and not helpful. I bought the duralast portable charger and left the store, come to find out the duralast charger needed an extension cord that was not included. Is it not her job to help me with what I need in that store? This auto zone is the closest one to me and it sucks that I have to go to a different one from now on because of one useless rude employee."
