"Part wasn’t an exact match and was $20 more than Autozone. Sign outside say “Low Prices 4 All” but they don’t price match. Finding parts for older euro cars can be difficult but buy online instead of here."

"These guys are absolute crooks. My girlfriend lost a part of her diamond necklace out front of their store yesterday while I was doing something there but it was too dark to see it so I come back this morning to look for it, first off I don't find it where it should be and I looked ALL OVER. Then the guy from yesterday comes out and tells me that I can't be out front. He knew what I was there for and he got there before me this morning so naturally, only to be thorough and fair I had to ask him him if he went out there and looked for it first this morning and when if he found it. Guess what he says back? "What if I did find it? Hasn't your girl ever heard of finders keepers?" I don't condone violence but I about wanted to punch this guy in the face for his rude attitude and then I'm certain he or one of his guys this morning found it first. Absolutely disgusting."

"I’d wrather work with duck tape to fix my vehicle than deal with these people. I wouldn’t do business with them if they tried to offer me a free part. They’re unprofessional on every level, over the phone or in person. And, they’ll speak to each other in mexican slang if you return a part they ordered you. One less business to support... here’s another reason why I’d rather go shop online, mich easier."

"I walked in and the service clerk at the front was busy on the phone with a customer. there were 3 or 4 others at the other end of the store none of them offered to help. I had to wait until the clerk was finished on the phone to assist me while all the others stood there lollygagging away. After I made my purchase I asked for the manager only to find out he was one of the others don't doing their job. So I explained what happened and instead of this 'manager' say 'Ma'am I apologize' or 'Ma'am I'm sorry for the inconvenience' he said and I kid u not "WELL I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU" I was honestly floored and offended that he was so nonchalant. He seemed more annoyed that I was even bringing this issue to him. To the clerk who assisted: maybe you should be the manager and get rid of the unprofessional excuse of a manager. I'd rather drive to another location than deal with that person again."
