"This was an amazing dining experience. Reminded me of a high-end restaurant in any major city. The food left me wanting to lick the plates! Leave room for desert, you won’t want to miss it! A shout out to our server Grace. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided a very high level of service. Even when something came out not to our liking, she handled it quickly and professionally. We are already planning our next visit. If you want a more modern, big city type of dinning experience, give BATA at try! You will not be disappointed. I’m glad to see a restaurant like this in Tucson."

"We loved the look and feel of this restaurant. The decor is nicely done. We didn’t sit at the bar but might try to get a spot there next time so that we can peak into the kitchen. The portions here are small even by tapas standard so be prepared to order multiples. For example, the mushroom skewer is great but it is only one small skewer which means you should order two of them. The menu is not terribly long so you’ll probably end up trying a lot that the restaurant offers."

"All time! Is now my #1 fine dining spot in Tucson when I'm in town. It's a must! Secret... come with a couple people or so when you have at least $80 per person, $100+ is better if you like to drink too, then ask them to have the Chef surprise you by designing/choosing the dishes and order himself! We had 11 courses I think for about $90(not including our drinks). It is in the running for the best meal of my life, seriously! And I traveled to NOLA for 4 years for work! Perfect plating, presentation, and service!!!"

"Tucson needed a place like this, a real showstopper of a restaurant! The atmosphere is immaculate and the presentation of the food is incredible. Its not an everyday place for dinner but rather the unique experience, so come with an already full stomach and a hefty wallet... overall we enjoyed the experience but the service could have been better downstairs in the cocktail area"
