"DO NOT GO TO ANY BIG O LOCATION. After being completely screwed by the location on Bell Rd in Glendale I was forced to go to the Boswell Rd location to have the problems fixed. The end result here was being lied to about rotating the tires, they never did it but put on the work order that it was done. I saw the tech outside inflating the tire that had a flat and it was in the same place on the vehicle as when it was brought in, he overinflated it by 8 lbs which was brought to my attention by a real mechanic when brought in to actually have the rotation done. Because the vehicle was driven for many miles, the center was completely worn out and rotating them at this point wasn’t possible. I returned to the Big O location responsible for this and dealt with the manager Bruce who completely denied any responsibility whatsoever. He claimed that if it was overinflated the light would come on, it was an alignment issue and that “tires wear differently”- tires don’t wear in the center from bad alignment, the light will not come on due to overinflation unless it’s over 10 lbs and as much as tires wear differently, they don’t shred the center UNLESS ITS OVERINFLATED. I have had nothing but complete idiocy from every person involved with this company. Bruce lied about performing work that was never performed and lied right to my face with his lame excuses about why this happened. Do yourself a favor and avoid any one of these locations. My experiences with the corporate office in getting a remedy was also no picnic. Once they get your money they couldn’t care less about fixing the problems they cause. The people that work there have no idea what they’re doing and you’re expected to keep bringing your car back so the same morons can take another crack at it. I told Bruce to put my car on the alignment rack to prove my alignment was off and all of a sudden he “didn’t have time for that”. Don’t make an accusation that you aren’t willing to prove Bruce, one Dunlop tire doesn’t just wear out in the center for no reason but according to Bruce it was caused by everything except his inability to rotate, plug and inflate a tire- he’s a complete liar and incompetent clown along with the techs they hire."

"Went in for a tire that was losing air. The counter rep was rude and very abrupt. He would not allow me to share why I'd brought my vehicle in or what I was hoping to have done. He only wanted my name, ph#, make/model, and year of car, then the keys. I learned from other customers that he'd been as equally abrupt and rude. Thank goodness a different person told me the problem with my tire and the options before me. This person was very kind and provided several options. While I opted to go with a different tire repair/replacement place due to competitive pricing, I felt good about the interaction from the 2nd associate. Had I only experienced the first associate, the review would have been a 1 star. Oh, the lounge was clean and had a TV for viewing."
