"Lackluster,bland,uninspired food. Service for being somewhat busy was abysmal. Girlfriend got the pho, she thought it was just ok. Got the lemongrass chicken, and my oh my was there no flavor. Menu said there was spice. Was the carrots supposed to be spicy? Ranch could be considered spicier. More veggies than chicken. Demographic seemed to be older folks, and it shows with the tasteless food."

"Ha Long Bay is a quaint, comfy, Vietnamese restaurant that serves up fresh, flavorful dishes for almost any palate! The service is top notch and the wait staff were all pleasant despite tending to a bit of a dinner rush. We loved the Fried Tofu with Peanut and the Bun Julienne Vegetable and Tofu, both dishes tasted excellent and captivated our taste buds. All in all, we'll be back, many many times!"

"Went here on a whim. Looking for something different. Nicely surprised. Had good ratings so thought we’d stop in and try it. Quaint, simple, themed interior decor. Plenty of seating. Small staff, but quick service. Food seemed very fresh and came out quickly. Prices were average for the portions. We didn’t leave hungry. Flavor was fantastic!"

"I’ve been a customer since they were still in El Mercado plaza on Broadway/Wilmot. The diverse selection of recipes make for very difficult decisions, but an order of the Vietnamese Crispy Rolls is always a good way to kick things off. If fried rolls aren’t your thing, opt for the Fresh Summer Rolls. The Chicken on Stick with peanut sauce is also a must. The Lemongrass Spicy Chicken has a most amazing flavor, a subtle smoky char-grilled taste. If you like noodles, you’ll want to try the Bun (rice vermicelli) or the soft egg noodles. And then of course, their soups. Pho, Hue Spicy Beef, Mi, or Hu Tieu, everything I’ve tried delicious. I'll often get a small bowl of Pho so I don't have to choose between soup and another main. If you don’t know this place, check it out. You’ll see how hard it is to decide what to order, but you won’t be disappointed with the result."

"Not bad food. Reasonable price than most places. The pho broth is good. Idk why they charge extra for green onion. Like green onion on bowl of pho is almost non existent"
