"Super bummed out on this location. Basically of math. How many items did they PAY for? Double check the bag before giving it to the patron. Well they didn't and they didn't on the previous time before that. I called and spoke to manager and we couldn't come to any resolution so she gave me the district mngr #. I called the number and of course left a message to call me back and to my surprise......no one called me. !!!! Tired of working hard for our money and because of my schedule I was forced to go there and order food. (Not really forced) but one of my options. Waste of time and loss of $$$$$ . I would advise you NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION."

"Aside from all the fast food places doing this self serve kiosks. The staff is still very nice, helpful and above all clean. Watching my food being made, I see everyone on the line change gloves multiple times. The couple times they have messed my order up, they quickly fixed it, with no question other than what they can do to make it right. The only recommendation i can make to the GM here is..... Are you able to bring back the coin game we grew up with? The one that lets you win some free food and the money goes to charity. Everyone over 30 reading this knows exactly what water/coin game I'm talking about. If you don't then you missed out on some great childhood memories. Landing a quarter on the smallest plate gets you a bean burro or beef chalupa. Could only win once a day per store."

"Ty for my 2 burritos this morning. .1 grilled 1 soft. ..yummy...great customer service here. found out. not All taco bells grill. I got cheated at 1111 s wilmont location...they rude at that location.."

"Nov 5. 10:45 PM: Aly helped me tonight on the drive thru. I have NEVER had an issue with this location. Always fast, fresh, and friendly service! Thank you! Thus place is ALWAYS amazing, the food is fresh and the employees are super nice!"

"Ordered one item on the app. The lobby was almost empty. Waited over 20min before they called my name for the guy to laugh and say "oh I didn't make your food I just wanted to see if you were here." When I first arrived I had said I was waiting for a mobile order. Then they clicked off my order so my app said Order Ready pick up at counter. For it not to be made for another 10min. People walked in after me and got their orders before. My food was made incorrectly and very poorly. Mexican Pizza...saturated in cheese and tomatoes. And none of the Mexican sauce that's supposed to be on it. One of the key ingredients. Probably why they coveted it so densely with cheese or they just have no idea what they are doing. A few people came in that had been in drive thru that had to get food remade or food and drink they forgot to give to them. This store needs a lot more training."
