"Every time I come here, I wind up parking waiting for food, even when I order ahead. Something is always wrong with the order. It's happened consistently, without fail. Nothing against the people who work there, just happened enough now that I figured Id actually leave a review. Go to a different one."
"Definitely deserves worse than a 1. I have come here for years simply because I like the food of the company but their service has always needed improvement. My most recent experience will ensure I never return to this location and potentially any location. The food was terrible. Burnt and inedible. They consistently forget sauces and miss items. She went to pick up some food like she always does and they have a new policy that only the person who placed the order can pick it up. She protests because of the hundreds of times we've done so in the past and leaves. They forget our sauces we paid extra for so she goes back in and they threaten her, laugh when asking for staff information and kicked my wife out of the store. The staff are immature and have no want to help anyone whatsoever. If you go here, chances are it'll make your day worse. I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt but after years of inconsistencies and bad service they've lost a customer."
"We went here after being at the hospital with my wife for God knows how many hours, we wanted some good fried chicken. I was surprised that it was not crowded, we ordered the 8 piece meal. The service was great it did not take too long about 10 or 15 minutes and we had so good hot chicken. Thanks to Popeyes for great service. We got home in about 15 minutes and the food was still piping hot. We hope this review helps."
"Needed to run a few errands, was hungry, did the Popeye’s drive thru. Drove over to Palo Verde Park to enjoy my lunch: a spicy chicken sandwich and their mashed potatoes with cajun gravy. Delicious, consistent with my past experiences with this Popeye’s. Their prices are reasonable in keeping with the concept of the fast food restaurant. Contrasting food quality and prices against ridiculously overpriced behemoth MacDoh (that I reviewed a few days ago), there’s no contest. Popeyes is the clear winner."
"I did a pick up order cuz I don't want to talk to your workers just as much as they don't want to talk to me but no reason to be short or rude. I also didn't order a large side of sauce. Smh. If you hate your job go get a new one!"
