"Like other locations, they can be stingy with the portions but you can always ask for more (which is why I wouldn't order online!). The staff are busy but friendly and attentive on a good day. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with minor issues."

"I think that when they serve your food they could be less messy, and actually listen to what the customer wants and would it kill them to smile and greet you in a friendly way. We are spending our hard earned money there, We don't have to eat there we choose to but we easily drive a little further and eat elsewhere."

"My rating to be honest is being nice! This location is the closest one to my work, moving forward I will make the drive! The food always looks old, but today I guess I was just hungry.. The two employees that were in the front were busy taking to each other, to notice that I was standing there. Instead of greeting me, first thing that was said to me, “sorry we can only take cash” great, glad I had that today.. maybe post a note on your front door next time! Moving on, I had to wait for the cashier to finish her conversation with her coworkers to pay! After paying I had to ask twice for my drink cup. Your drink station and utensils were an absolute mess. There was 2 folks no spoons but a toon of knives. No straws, when I went to ask for one, I was told they were out! Worst visit ever"

"The food is okay. I wish they had more options, especially vegeterian meals. The people who go to the back and grab the online orders could be friendlier and say "hi, how can I help you" or other greeting to feel welcomed, which isn't always done. Also, the staff could be friendlier and listen carefully when they ask for what to put on a burrito bowl or any meal for that matter. When they don't listen properly, then sometimes that means adding in the wrong item to my food and starting over again with the meal placing step. It's also been my experience that when placing online orders, they tend to forget my extra items purchased like Guacamole, salsa, etc. This only happens about 50% of the time. They've been improving though. Decent location overall."
