"Very small location. Got two fried sushi rolls!! They were thick only 5 pieces for 12.50$ the fish didn’t taste like fish the rice in the roll was soggy. We also ordered dumplings and it looks like either. It was seasoned weird or the oil was never changed in a while. Very hard and crunchy. Paid almost $50 to get cheap Styrofoam plates to eat out of as well while dinning in. The photos on this review does not look like any of the food that I received yesterday."

"I had stopped here on a Friday evening and guess I was expecting more. As opposed to at least a half dozen other sushi establishments I have visited / frequented in Tucson, this was a counter order restaurant with tight spaces and limited seating that needed to be wiped down in some spots. The staff was friendly though a limited selection of bottled beverages and overall menu assortment was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the Las Vegas Roll (Deep Fried) and though it was tasty, given the lack of soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger, the overall experience was overpriced. I was the only one dining in, though there were a lot of to go orders. Obviously better to just pick up though I prefer sushi to be consumed immediately after being prepared."

"This very unassuming Japanese restaurant is not fancy. It's a bit quirky on the inside and tight booth style seating. There's a full menu on the wall for you to look at as well as pictures of multiple dishes so you get an idea of what you might be getting if you're unfamiliar with that Japanese food you may want. The woman that took our order was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen looks pretty small but again the restaurant space is pretty small as well. We ordered Tan Tan ramen, spicy tuna-don volcano style, a California roll, and gyoza. The Tan Tan ramen was pretty good, better than I expected it would be, as it's hard to find this ramen in Tucson that comes anywhere close to the flavor in Japan. The spicy tuna-don volcano style was pretty good as well according to my wife as was the California roll. I think the gyoza was not as good as it could have been but was okay. As far as the location goes, if you're not using some type of a map you may have a hard time finding it as it's tucked away in the back of a strip mall that is mostly out of business and right next to a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu place. There's plenty of parking since most of the strip mall it's located in is empty."

"Everything was DELICIOUS. The best Tankatsu Ramen I've had! I asked them to make it spicy and it hit the spot! The volcano tuna don was so flavorful and fresh also. It's pricey but well worth it! They do take a lunch break from 3-4 so they close."

"Soo good. Found this place via Google cause of the great reviews. Living in Hawaii and going to Japan we are a but picky on food. So this place lived up to its good reviews. We loved it. Will be back for sure. The sukiyaki was so good we ordered one to go too. ."
