"Karen our server was excellent. She was handling several big parties, but also was very attentive to those of us that were just two people. She checked often to see if we needed anything else and if everything was OK. Food came out hot and delicious and timely. It was my birthday, and we enjoyed the birthday treat. Thank you for a wonderful evening."

"I ordered a beef and broccoli and this is not a beef and broccoli. They sent me the wrong order and I asked for plates I didn’t get any plates, so nobody paid attention to my order at all or even read the receipt because they’re not paying attention they sent me the wrong orderextremely upset and I waited over an hour. The soup was really cold and small and how is this small portion over $17. Overcharging, workers not paying attention and small portions and food was disgusting. I didn’t even get my refund. I’m so upset Manager should know about this. They’re employees. Can’t even pay attention to a receipt and get the order, right"

"Me, and my wife have ordered from this PF’s Changs since 2008 and probably before then. And it just gets worse, and worse. I live a little far yes, but my location should not change how my food is made. I asked for crispy chicken so it would make it home, and Sheryl said I have to order my orange chicken with sauce on the side, so it makes it. but she fails to realize sauce doesn’t make chicken soggey, not cooking it to the customers satisfaction or half way makes the chicken soggey. I called and soon as Sheryl gets on the phone she starts to blame us, and not take ownership of Her cooks!!! Sheryl made us feel like we just called to get free food, but we just ordered from there about 2weeks ago, and eat every morsel of food. Just sad when you just want some good food from what was a reputable restaurant!!"

"Door dash was great but we are done with PF Changs. Two orders of egg rolls are burnt. Lettuce raps taste burned. And the last two times we’ve ordered chicken fried rice and pad Thai the chicken is substantially over cooked and extremely dry. I think theyre cooking mass quantities of chicken and and re cooking it to throw it in different dishes. Our meal was $130 and it’s inedible for the second time."

"On my birthday, my family decided to celebrate at PF Changs, a famous restaurant known for its delicious food. We had a great time enjoying each other's company and the amazing flavors of the dishes we ordered. The honey crispy shrimp and mongolian beef were particularly tasty and made us want to keep eating more. The waitress who served us was friendly and made us feel welcome. But, I have to admit that there were a few cleanliness issues in the restaurant that slightly affected our experience. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal."
