"Another family dinner out and I have been here many times before. This place is great and the service was excellent. Must try the knockout pineapple drink! Be careful, it goes down fast. Every dish was very good and the prices are about average for what you get. You will not be disappointed in the steaks and salads. This place has one of the best loaded baked potatoes around. Desserts are large enough for 2-3 people each."

"Cocktail list lacking, food good but not great. Their version of Ahi Tuna included a strange mix of rosemary and thyme which took away from the natural flavor of the tuna. The fillet was cooked correctly, and was very tasty for the cut. The street corn and mashed potatoes were also very good. The other highlight was the creme brulee cheesecake, for that dish alone it is well worth coming here!"

"I ordered food to go…I don’t expect the same experience with food to go that I do in the restaurant, however I do expect that they follow temp directions with cooking meat. I ordered medium, an $18 burger mind you, and it was beyond well done. If burnt or hockey puck is a temperature this was it. 100% not impressed and my daughter’s ribs are super tough and chewy, and she said it was cold. Considering I am a half mile down the road and sat there waiting for it to finish, I am going with it just sat for a while. Really disappointed. Zinburger, El Corral even Texas Roadhouse all so much better."

"This Firebirds Woodfire grill location in Tucson is OK. We decided to go eat there and then we walked in we were told we had to wait half an hour because they only had two servers. Because I have been to the one in Phoenix which was a great experience and the food was delicious we decided to go ahead and wait. I was very unimpressed with our food I ended up ordering the Cajun ribeye with the lobster tail and a side of vegetables. They brought my order out to me it did not look like ribeye steak but they assured me it was and it really didn't taste that great and neither did the lobster it seemed like it all had the same flavor. Maybe I just went on a bad day I don't know."

"First off, I don’t know remember our server but this gentlemen was absolutely wonderful. So attentive and helpful. He was on the younger side. The Philly Cheese rolls were DELICIOUS! It’s a must have. The BBQ chicken sandwich was average taste. It tasted a little dry. Regardless of this, I would definitely come back to Firebirds."
