"I don't know why but fast food service has gotten alot worse food is good and atmosphere is what you would expect but there service was horrible I went in and it to 10 minutes to even be noticed then another 5 because it was clear Noone wanted to take my order."

"I love coming to this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However on today's (03/02/2024) visit, I went through the drive through to find out that they replaced the ability to place the your order with a real person in favor of an automated voice. It took twice as long to place my order because I had to constantly pause to wait for the computer to catch up. I'll still come here, but now I'm just going inside for an easier experience."

"The worst Carl’s Jr in Tucson. Every time I come here I have to wait 15+ minutes to get my food. Today I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal, and they didn’t even drop my food until my order was at 20 minutes. Let me just reiterate here: they didn’t even start COOKING my food until I was already waiting for 20 minutes. This place is managed incredibly poorly, they need a change ASAP as I will not be coming here anymore and encourage people not to."

"I've never eaten here before and decided to try something new. I went to the drive-thru at night and ordered a hand-breaded bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. The sandwich itself was very good, but I wasn't really a fan of the fries. Overall, it was a good meal."
