"Been coming here for months now! Hands down my FAVORITE tea and coffee. Love the French fries, too! The owners, Sonny and Cherish, are the absolute best. If you wanna try something new, they'll accommodate. They believe in extremely high-quality ingredients from the best sources. Even my mom, who only ever has black coffee out of a can, LOVES their Vietnamese Coffee! I have a few faves - Black Milk Tea with Strawberry, Horchata Latte with Ube, Avocado Smoothie with Strawberry, and Sugar Cane with Calamansi and Sea Salt Foam. But I've tried many others and plan on continuing to try what they come up with :) I'd give 'em more stars if I could..."

"I was in Tuscon on business and I was craving Boba. This wasn't far from my Hotel so I stopped by. It was delicious, the place is super cute, and it had lots of great tea options. I got the takoyaki which is delicious too. Staff was very nice."

"My husband bring me some Titi Boba not one but two to try as he know how much I like boba’s. Ube coffee was awaking he even taste it and love the coffee flavor, the green tea is fantastic. We had add the Brown sugar cream burlee in Ube cofee and make it more yummy. As he knows my order it come to me the way i like my boba’s. I told him to bring me next time to see the place and try the others which he agreed."

"Actually, this is our second time to stop by here. This time, we stop by for boba and snacks. All the food is delicious, my son likes the shrimp tempura, and my daughter likes the fried tofu. I like the popcorn chicken. Lychee tea is also very good. Very nice and friendly host, nice and clean place. They have some games. Not that busy and easy parking."
