"This is my go-to fast food place when the kids want burgers. I can only eat so many burgers or chicken sandwiches. Pollo Loco has great grilled chicken and good sides (like rice and beans) and I get to dine in or take out and not feel like my heart stopped in the middle of the meal. Service is always great."
"Haven't had El Pollo Loco in a while and had an urge to have a Tostada Salad and my wife and I went for lunch. The salad was as delicious as it has always been. I will definitely be back sooner than later this next time. Their chicken is to die for. My only complaint, is the prices are so damn high."

"I had never been to any El Pollo Loco before today. Just seeing the chicken over the grill when I first walked in was different. I ordered the chicken tinga burrito, and for being made in a chain restaurant, it more than held its own; when compared to most of the burritos I've gotten from the local food stands and trucks. It tasted fantastic and was very fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The restaurant was also clean, smelled good, and the servers were all friendly. I enthusiastically recommend this place for a good meal."
