"Was here on 2/2/24. Looks like the crew got hit with a big online order rush. They handled everything very efficiently, there was a hiccup with our online order. That too was handled very efficiently."

"I usually prefer coming to the Valencia location Wingstop instead of the one on sixth, but it’s been couple of times where the Valencia Wingstop has been doing a horrible job. I went today with me family to eat some wings, mind you, I placed my order online and STILL had to wait 30 more min for my order after it was marked completed on the app. When I got home those is what I got, BURNT wings. Everything was cold as if my food was sitting there in the restaurant while I waited. Very disappointing. Oh and also, very rude personal."

"5.5/10 fries were super good but wasn't impressed by tenders or wings. Definitely wouldn't order online again as pickup time was waaaaaay off & we had to wait 20 minutes."

"Wing stop service as something else.. The location that i went to has a lot of young staff that do not care about their customers.. Even when ordering the young lady was all but telling me to hurry up or get out the line. After I ordered it took 50 minutes to get my food.. I will say the food was good but the brownies were frozen. I think wing stops need to keep a better eye on some locations and make sure the manager is holding staff accountable for good service..."

"Chicken are good , fries are over cooked. This store needs general cleaning. Tables are sticky as well as those chairs ,floors too. Cashier doesn't know how to smile , we say thank you no response."
