"I've eaten chicken from the Tucson Valencia restaurant many times. Always very good. Today is a huge exception! Terrible, old, dry, greasy. Threw it away. Not even edible . Hope this is not what I'll get next time.... if I decide there will be one.AWFUL! This stuff should NEVER have been sold. Purchased at 2 38 pm. Must have been left over from lunch. Shame on you."
"It's horrible 12th & Valencia. I went there at about 9 ish they had no food or willing to make fresh chicken cus they gonna close soon food was on the warmer like if they were taking left overs home so disappointed food not good at all that's not a way to run a restaurant"
"Aloha: so it's been over 30 yrs since I had Churches and well it was a little disappointing. The chicken is good for sure but not very crispy.. the mask potatoes were really good but the slaw is not that great. The place felt kinda dingy... but the service was awesome and super nice."
"I normally get very good fried chicken from here, but not tonight. Tonight I ordered 10 pieces of chicken, and when I got home, what I found inside the box disappointed me to the extreme. 10 pieces of burnt, dry chicken, overcooked in oil that should have been replaced for fresh oil a week ago, but instead they clearly kept filtering it long past its useful lifespan. This stuff is inedible. The breading is borderline black on every piece in this box. Going to include a few photos, but Samsung cameras don't reproduce colors in a way I would describe as accurate so its not going to show what I'm seeing perfectly. Incredibly disappointing. Going to keep a couple extra stars because normally this place is so much better."
