"Usually when I come to Wingstop I get rude cashiers but this is the first time I ever met the nicest cashier! Her name is Patty and she DEFINITELY deserves a raise!!! She is so sweet and even brought us napkins and forks with our meal! She gave the most positive attitude throughout our whole visit! I was having a down day and she literally made my attitude go from low to extremely high and happy! She is amazing I’m glad Wingstop hired her she is the most amazing person I’ve ever met! "

"The service is awful, there's always an issue when ordering here, and the staff appear inconvenienced to solve the problem This place is always clean and well maintained, except for today when there were a hundred flies. Sometimes they close the bathroom for the customers but the staff continue to use it. Its smaller than other locations, with only 7 tables. The portions are generous, but the prices have gone up. If you fill out the surveys, you can free fries on the next purchase!"

"Tonight we went to enjoy some good wings. Our food was good, although the large fries looked more like small fries. We ended up having to buy more. My husband and I were enjoying boxing as we enjoyed our dinner. At 9:45pm I asked to use the restroom since they had the pathway blocked with high chairs and boxes, I thought they were being cleaned, but the guy said "sorry the bathrooms are closed" yet the door on the sign states they are opened until midnight, not only that, but we had been sitting there for like an hour and a half. If you still have customers inside why close your bathrooms!? We ended up having to leave because they refused to let me use the restroom. Another thing was the staff were using a lot of profanity with each other in a very loud and obnoxious way. Not professional at all."

"Idk if they’re not waiting for the oil to reach the right temperature but the skin is always rubbery, the fries always look like they’re cooked in the same oil all day! When you ask for well done on the wings the skin is never crispy! It’s frustrating when you keep trying to give them chances and they can’t seem to get it right. I hate to say the quality of food here is a 3 of out 10"
