Presentation which is a huge part of my experience other than customer service etc. When I tell them no sour cream they fail to understand But time and time again after reordering and giving them a chance when it comes to delivery they fail every time to follow allergy warnings and special instructions. Please in the future if u give the option to make special instructions please follow them"

"This Chickenuevo restaurant is conveniently located and has a drive through. The employee at the counter was so cheerful and kindly made me aware of a special offer they had going on that day. I ended up ordering the chicken tacos and they were delicious. With the deal, they were $11 something with a soda. They were freshly deep fried and topped with lettuce a little cheese, onions etc. I ordered mine to-go and there's a little cold bar to load up on salsa for the road. The bathrooms were clean and the whole restaurant has a tidy ambiance. Worth visiting."

"**DO NOT EAT HERE** I have had 2 very poor experiences at Chicken Nuevo in a row. First time, I ordered on door dash and half the order was missing. This time, I made the mistake of giving them another chance. I ordered 5 chicken tacos and I just wanted to share with you all the quality of what I received. Little sprinkles of dry overcooked chicken that is hard as a rock. The audacity to serve something this low of quality should demonstrate that this is not anything new for them. Luckily I have family that works for Pima County Health and this will be shared with them as well. Save yourself some money and possibly a hospital visit by spending your money with a different family business who deserves it. Clearly, these people are doing well financially and don’t need it."
