"I'll start by saying that the people working here are great. They are super nice and friendly. They are more than eager to help even though there are self service machines. Overall just very pleasant. I grew up eating lucky wishbone on the Eastside. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but I really didn't enjoy the food here. I ordered the chicken fingers combo. I felt like the chicken fingers were ok, they felt a little chewy because of the breading, almost like it wasn't fully cooked through (chicken wasn't raw or anything). The fries are like I remembered them, not really my style of fries, but also not bad. The bread was a bit buttered for me and for me, it lacked some salt. The other chicken finger place with fries and toast is the type of toast I really like. I also ordered a chicken breast to try. I have never tried their fried chicken before. It was pretty bland and dry. I love the skin, as I am sure most people do, but because it was lacking so much flavor, I couldn't even eat it. The chicken itself was very dry as well and I took a few bites and had to throw it away. I think management needs to look at some of these quality issues and address them."

"The best thing about fried chicken is the crust. I was raised on Lucky Wishbone. This new location skips out on the crust. I'm so disappointed."

"Everything tasted dried out or old. This is the worst place out of all of them even though it's the newest. We ordered the family feast combo? Shrimp, steak, and chicken fingers. Garlic bread was burnt too and what garlic? You can't even taste it."

"Nothing special, need to season the steak or the flour before frying or somthing, was blander that English cooking. Frys were on point though, the potato is king. The service was fast and efficient lacked Soul though. Vibes were off. Not worth the 15 bucks."

"I have to first off by starting these, Saul the guy who took our order was very polite and professional. I didn’t feel like a customer I felt like I was family when I walked in. I was greeted with a smile, talked to like a friend and was treated with respect. The gentleman who made my order must have sprinkled magic over the food cause it was delicious!! I will ONLY order from this location for here on out and be a returning customer!!"
