"Called Saturday to see if I could drop off my car to have it serviced and the brakes checked. I assumed (shame on me) they would do what was asked and call me with an estimate of the work needed. Monday afternoon, I called. They told me the service was done. I asked about the brakes, I was given the estimate plus another for more work they thought needed to be done. No problem, been there before. Then they explained what brake fluid change was. (eyeroll) I came over after work to pick up my car, wasn't given the estimate they told me they would. I went to get in my car, the passenger visor was popped off, someone, lazily stuck it back so it would appear there was nothing wrong. I saw something on the floor I usually have up on the visor, went to drop the visor to put it back, the visor fell on the floor. By the time I got home my hands were so black, it looked like I had changed the oil myself. Needless to say, customer service is horrible, the guys who checked me in and out were fine. However no pride in work done, no follow-up, can't even fix what they wrecked and clean up after them selves. Won't be back."

"I was in there 2 minutes which was plenty of time to get the feeling I was getting scammed just standing there. Let me save you the time of going in for their "promotion". Here's how it went: "Oh you want those common tires from our website? Yeah no they're not part of the buy 2 get 2 free, damn, sorry... I can see what deal I can get you, OK I can get them to you like, a tiny bit cheaper, but to get that you'll need our 5-year alignment, great deal if you ask me". Me: "Huh how much for the alignment?" Them: "$250. Let me see yes I have 4 in stock...wow they are flying off the shelves you better get them now before the next customer buys them" Me: "Huh what? Why exactly do I have to get a 5-year alignment plan that comes to even more than paying full price for the tires?" Them: " *taken back* Oh well, because I would get yelled at giving you such discounted prices!" (Meanwhile the tires are still cheaper elsewhere online) Me: "Yeah no I'm gonna go ahead and buy those elsewhere, thanks!" Moral of the story: they rope you in with ballons and confettis then try to catch unsuspecting customers with up charges. Felt bad for the other people in there who fell for it all. Beware."

"Definitely want spend my money here. Made a 12pm appointment the day before but you can't touch my car until two hours later. What's the point of the 12pm appointment? Then you Definitely want get greeted professionally when you enter. I just don't understand the point of appointments at 12pm but my car will not be done until 2:30pm. Customer service sucks nowadays"

"Payed over $60 for my oil change here today. Drove down the road abit when I notice my car engine was smoking bad had to pull over and I was leaking oil everywhere. Ended up paying another $23 to buy more oil. added 2 quarts of oil just to drive my car back. I Asked to talk to a manager but was told by Mark to come back Friday I was given no time or phone number to contact the manager he kept just giving me smart remarks. And the whole time he kept trying to act like I was at fault like I was the one that changed the oil. SMH."

"Had an appt at 1pm, showed up 2 hours early to see if we could get an earlier appt. They took the car back right away, and got an oil change, 4 new tires, alignment within 2 hours. Lives up to the straight talk as advertised. Has great financing options. Loved the hospitality, we made ourselves at home in the waiting area while we were here."
