"The portion sizes were huge. Steaks and burgers cooked to order but do specify they do not cater to allergies. We didn't have an issue, since they did not serve anything we were allergic to. I had the cowboy chopped steak with a baked potato and my husband had a steak and mashed potatoes. Everything tasted really good. We also had the cheesecake and shortcake with strawberries."

"We loved the outside of the building it was so cool. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm “Hello, how are you?” We ordered some fish fry and it was amazing so crisp and flaky and the shrimp was huge! The server Anna was so helpful and friendly she even gave us a list of some more great local places to visit. She deserves a raise for sure as well as the hostess so friendly and a warm smile."

"Got their "famous" chicken fried steak. Tasted good, but steak was tough. Gravy was good, not too peppery. Mashed potatoes were too peppery. Green beans and carrots had good flavor. Rolls before dinner were soft and warm. Service was pretty good. My husband and mother-in-law both enjoyed their steaks. Overall, not bad."
