"Rude customer service. I was treated very badly by the cashier just for speaking to her in Spanish, I am bilingual and I am proud of my origins, thanks to this action the cashier treated me badly and denied me the use of the bathroom. I told her that it was closed and she told me that someone was using it, I responded that I saw one of her co-workers coming out of the bathroom, she only responded that there was no key and that the other bathroom was only for staff. I knocked on the door multiple times and no one answered, I had to leave the place to find a bathroom. It's not possible that your employees treat customers like this. I wasn't the only person who tried to use the bathroom. I think this is a technique they use so that once the bathroom is clean, it doesn't get dirty again. On my ticket, the name of the host was Carolina."

"This has to be the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms were filthy. If I’d gone to the bathroom first I wouldn’t have eaten there. No guacamole, ran out of queso, veggies looked a little old, total disappointment. We arrived about 9:40pm and everything was clean and people were still walking in. Not good for business."

"This Chipotle seems to be a bit hit-or-miss. Ordering through the app and using the drive-up window usually results in great food, but it's a different story when ordering in-store. The guacamole has been disappointing, appearing dull and grey, which isn't appetizing at all. The quality of service varies, depending on the person serving, and sometimes they provide quite small portions. The portion control is important because they seem to be lacking in this aspect, and the price-to-portion ratio isn't as favorable compared to other Chipotle locations."

"I eat at Tucson area chipotles often. This Chipotle is definitely up to par. When it comes to taste and quantity of the food. Chipotle has never been know as a restaurant to over-serve their bowls and burritos, but you can always ask for extra just be prepared to pay for it."
