"Love the hole in the wall feel of this place. Great unique drinks and the food is tops. Had the Cauliflower tacos because it's Friday during lent and I could not tell I was not have a meat filled taco. Green chili cheese crisp with a solo green corn tamale."

"Real good food usually, but went back for the Danny Marten burrito, and the last time, there was hardly any meat, was mostly beans, and when you pay 20$ for a burrito , you expect meat, but of course it looks the same when served, not constantly great, guess it depends on the cook."

"A funky, down to earth atmosphere belies the phenomenal, first class level, fresh dishes prepared here. Servings are generous so we ended up with more food than we could eat--but the leftover were delicious too. Atmosphere is eclectic, with practical old school furnishings, velvet painting decor and brightly lit but I gave it a 5 because it makes sense in a nostalgic yet tongue in cheek way, if that makes sense! You also enter through an alley, which adds a certain mystique. It was friendly and accessible--I said when entering that this place would serve either the worst or best Mexican food here and fortunately it was excellent. Finally, the bartender was at the top of their game: amazing original tasty cocktails really sealed the deal here..."

"This is an amazing “hole in the wall”, yet it’s actually pretty big. The Mexican food is very authentic and the portions are huge! This is a must do and may be the best Mexican in Tucson. Parking can be tough. Love this place and also the house Margarita! VictorB"
