"My family and I order To-Go pretty often and this time we were very disappointed. After checking in online (after getting the text that our food was ready), we sat in the curbside spot for over 30 minutes until my husband and I decided to get down and see what the problem was. The person working the To-Go area seemed like he didn’t want to be there but gave us our bag and drinks but didn’t apologize at all for making us wait so long. We called and spoke to the manager Laura to complain and all she said was “well what would you like for me to do? And I’ll make sure next time you come in that the employees are more well aware” A manager should not be asking a customer what to do, she should’ve made things right. Overall we were highly disappointed in the service and how management handled it."

"First time I went to chili's and I did not have to wait 30 min to be seated.. Food Was very good I got the smoke house combo. I specially enjoyed the corn it had good flavor. My son get pizza and fries it was good a well. Not bad and its was only 35$ not bad for now days. You just have too know when its not so busy and service will be better than normal."

"Wonderful dinning experience! I forgot something at the table, called once I noticed and a sweet young lady Silvia held the item until I made the hour trip back! She was very sweet and kind!"

"We showed up here for Father's Day and it wasn't as busy as we were expecting. Our server was very attentive and made sure we never had an empty glass. We had the chicken Caesar salad, bacon Burger, and of course the fajitas. The Burger was cooked medium well and was still extremely juicy and flavorful. Included was a side of ketchup/barbecue/hot sauce that I used as a burger topper. I typically don't eat here a lot but my experience was great and would definitely go back again."
