Reviews
"Great little neighborhood place. We love their soups. I wasn't told that I would be charged $3.00 for a plastic container for 1/2 gallon of posole, and they no longer provide bread or tortillas with the soup. The parking is free, but there are so many potholes that it poses a tripping hazard. The facility is very clean but very small and can be quite crowded."
"Food was okay, a bit over priced. This was my first time at this location ( Drexel and cardinal) and definitely will be the last. Due to the customer service especially from the lady in the front. Not sure her name very rude not friendly at all. No greeting or anything. I don’t recommend this place. Definitely better Mexican food in Tucson. Very poor service owners should be ashamed."
"See why people like this place big servings of ok food. Ordered a bean burrito, one pound of BEANS is what I got. The chili Verde taste like it was cooked in fat, learn to put some sear on your meat boys!! You want a bunch for ok prices this is place You want bean burrito, buy a can of refried beans and some onion & cheese, you will be better off."
"This was the worse birria I’ve ever had. We ordered half a gallon of Caldo de Birria and it was sweet. Who makes sweet birria? I most definitely don’t recommend the caldo de birria here. This place is not 100% Mexican food anymore, it has a different style and flavor. Not what it use to be."
"My wife and I had breakfast. It was really tasty. We both had scrambled eggs. Mine with chilaquiles and my wife’s with a green tamale. Both meals came with really fresh flour tortillas. I know some have complained about pricing, but I don’t get that. We will be returning in the very near future for dinner fare."
