"I was surprised to get a recommendation for Vietnamese food from the visitor center, but it was a worthy recommendation! Delicious bahn mi (red pork sandwich); would definitely order again! (Pictured is half the sandwich). Recommend Thuy's! Multiple regulars came in for to-go orders and were greeted because they were known. The number of regulars also speaks volumes about the food."

Thuy's Noodle Shop caught my eye - cute white and green building, right across from that big copper statue. Looked friendly, so I popped in. "It's our first time here in Bisbee and we are so glad we found this restaurant! The fresh young coconut water, chicken curry, and beef pho were all delicious! We felt re-energized after eating the food. The servers were very patient with us. The owner came out several times to introduce the menu to us and check on us about our experience. I also love the beautiful tall trees in the outdoor patio seating area. Five stars all around!!!"
