"Ordered on door dash and when my food arrived cold as hell and I ordered 3 soft tacos all where put together sloppy and stuck together n half soggy , also ordered the chips n dip the dip tasted disgusting, For the money paid I expect more n better food would not eat here anymore"

"Food was cold and the worker gave me the SMALLEST portion of steak in my bowl. I’m not sure if your corporate office is making you scoop less meat but it just doesn’t make sense for a $25 meal. Workers always seem to be in a rush. I would not recommend this location"

"I just ordered for the first time ever from a Chipotle Mexican Grill here in Sierra Vista Arizona tonight. While eating my burrito I felt some hard fibrous pieces of something in my mouth as I chewed my food and quickly spit out a bite. And to my dismay discovered WOOD SPLINTERS! I will never eat at this Chipotle ever again!! Absolutely shocked and disgusted."

"I like chipotle food, but this location is the worst I’ve ever been too. Whether it’s busy or not, the employees here rush and slop food together as if they were a pit crew for NASCAR. The employees come off as if you’re an inconvenience and try to rush you through the line, whether there’s a line or not. They slop the food so fast it never drains and you end up with soup in your soggy taco’s foil or burrito bowl. The food was messy, soaking wet, and soggy. I ordered a drink, burrito bowl (double meat) with caso, three tacos, and chips with caso… for over $34! Three tacos and a burrito bowl for over $34. I don’t mind paying premium prices for premium food and service, but this location is not worth the experience. Will not recommend."
