"I’ve taken several pieces to Sanchez-Hawkins and have never been disappointed. Their work is very professional, no corners cut and everything comes back brand new looking at reasonable prices. I’ve been to another jewelry store in town and was not please with their suggestions for repair. The other jewelry store suggested cheaper alternatives which would lessen the value of the piece. Not at Sanchez-Hawkins, they are the jewelers if you want the best!"
"I needed a major repair done on my ring. My husband was terminally Ill , and a month before he passed I noticed my ring had a diamond missing and a prong had broken off too. No idea how I could have done that. I was devastated though. I told my husband and he had such a sad look on his face and said we’ll get it fixed. I could have had this done just about anywhere near home, but I reached out to Steve who is a native from the Kenosha area. They have done work for us before and it was above our expectations. I asked if they could fix my ring, and without hesitation Steve agreed. I knew I was in good hands. I suddenly had one last request, I wanted to have my husbands ring resized for me. 6.5 sizes smaller. I thought they might say it wasn’t going to be possible to go down many sizes but, they again agreed. I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship, the kindness and the short amount time it was completed. Again in was well above my expectations ❤️ Thank you Steve, Erica and staff"
