"Manager was great and our server Gen was friendly and attentive. She always showed up with perfect timing too. Would have given 5 stars for the food, except for that my husband’s hamburger bun was hard. However, my plate was absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you!"

"Kaitlyn was amazing as our waitress the other day. She was so attentive and patient with my mother who was taking a long time to decide. Her refill time was excellent and she kept making sure that our glasses stayed full. She was so sweet and polite and came back three different times before we decided what we wanted to order. Thank you again to Kaitlyn I hope she gets the recognition she deserves."

"Update: ate here today at my little's request, staff members were great! Food was good too, I feel like prices have increased a little but where haven't they? Much better experience thanks guys! Based on my most recent experience if given a chance I wouldn't eat here again. The waitress we had was pretty friendly but the other one we witnessed was loud and kind of rude. The food that we were served was mostly okay, seemed like maybe the kitchen staff was new though or perhaps they had a call out. Definitely wasn't worth what I paid for it for sure."

"The experience at this specific location Denny’s at Houghton Rd. Was amazing the food, the kind service from the crew members everyone there was very attentive and on point at our requests always proactive and very efficient. Specially Zoe was nice and friendly no wait it all from the food and our drinks. Everything was on time delivered at table. Next time you visit the new Tucson make sure you ask for ZOE she is definitely the one to takin care of you. Food is fresh and very tasty! Place is brand new and clean. No like the others with chlorine smell at same time you’re eating always killing the experience. Nallely Happy Holidays!"

"Great location, exquisite decor, and a clean store is worthless when the service is abysmal. It is unfathomable to me how I entered the restaurant and was sat at 11:30 and ended up leaving at 1:15 when I only ordered cheese sticks, soup, and chicken tenders. Monalisa, while trying to be funny just came off as vulgar and rude. I understand the restaurant was busy, but laughing off when I said my coffee was not fresh and that it was cold to the point of whispering oh my goodness under her breath was unacceptably crass. Even when she brought another pot of coffee which she said was fresh it was far from it. Furthermore, she always seemed to be in a rush and never attentive. When she brought my soup she was so beside herself with nerves that she nearly put her hand in my bowl. In essence, she did her very best to make sure I never return to this Denny's and that I will not be returning to any Denny's for quite some time. Overall, a disgrace to the Denny's name."
